Emmys (or: better late than never)

Quick! Sparkly and beautiful things!

I know I'm days late, but perhaps you want to re-visit some wonderful Emmys outfits? Yes? Yay! My favorites of the night were (in no particular order, except that the last is my favorite):

Gwen Stefani in Versace:

Allison Williams in Giambattista Valli:

January Jones in Prabal Gurung:

Julia Roberts in Elie Saab Haute Couture:

Keke Palmer in Rubin Singer:

Lizzy Caplan in Donna Karan Atelier:

Michelle Monaghan in Giambattista Valli:

and my favorite favorite, Lena Headey in Rubin Singer:

Good work, stylists. And now, back to ECGs for this nursing student.

  1. I look forward to the ladychirpsalot best dressed lists! I also loved Hayden Panettiere's and Amy Poehler's gowns, and it's purely coincidental that they were both sparkly and silver. Also, Louise Roe looked fab even if I don't fully understand why she was at the Emmy's...

  2. I actually debated putting Louise Roe on here, but I just can't get over that she gets on my nerves. That's probably horrible, but it is le sad truth. I do agree she looked great, though! Hayden and Amy definitely looked wonderful- Amy's wasn't the most flattering thing so I wasn't quite sold, but I'm partial to that designer because my friend is wearing Theia for her wedding in September :)

  3. And I'm glad you like my lists! I feel like I'm so predictable, but it's my blog, right? I'll post pictures of sparkles and sleek silhouettes and black things ALL DAY.
